#Spoonie. Think you’re tired? Think again

Many struggle to comprehend the depth of chronic exhaustion, thinking it’s just about feeling tired.

For some, like a TikToker with PoTS syndrome, the energy cost of simple actions like blinking underscores a day-to-day reality where exhaustion is a “baseline state”. Engaging with the #spoonie community and understanding this language not only fosters empathy but also aids in accurately representing these conditions from the sufferers’ perspective. It’s crucial for brands to grasp this to connect genuinely with this audience.
