Who are we?
We help organisations get closer to their customers and drive change, by using people (not machines) to find human truths from social media.
What we do isn’t social listening.
Instead, it’s an emerging area of expertise that relies on thinking over automation and storytelling over dashboards.
This is a chance to join a team that’s doing something different.
We believe that social should bring clients closer to their customers, not create more uncertainty. With all the great data out there, it shouldn’t be this hard to see what our customers really need.
We’ve helped a lot of organisations find their way out of this. If you join us, you’ll be helping our clients.
- Know their customers better
- Inspire change, and
- Make a bigger impact.
