- We’ve used this to create a framework which shows the fundamental needs, the emerging behaviours and how some brands are winning.
- You can use it alone, or in teams, to give focus to debate, form questions and explore potential scenarios.
- It’s a broad structure for thinking about how this disruption will challenge and create opportunities for your organisation. It will also help you see where your insight gaps might be.
